Wednesday – Geneva–Montreux–Zermatt
Begin with a city tour of Geneva, seeing the beautiful parks along the lake, the unique Town Hall and the European seat of the United Nations. In the late morning, leave Geneva and travel to Lausanne and Montreux, passing the 13th-century Chillon Castle. Continue through Valais and the Rhône Valley with its orchards and vineyards. At Täsch, board a cogwheel train to Zermatt, the mountain resort at the foot of the mighty Matterhorn. Dinner and overnight at a First Class Hotel.-

Thursday – Zermatt–Nufenen Pass–Lugano
Spend the morning at leisure in Zermatt. Admire its traditional farmhouses and barns, enjoy shopping and relaxation, or optionally take the cogwheel train to Gornergrat for spectacular views of the surrounding snow-covered peaks. In the afternoon, take the train to Täsch, where the coach continues across the breathtaking Nufenen Pass into the Italian-speaking region of Switzerland and on to the garden city of Lugano. Dinner is on your own. Overnight at a First Class Hotel. -
Friday – Lugano–Lake Como–Maloja Pass–St. Moritz
Leave Lugano and travel along the scenic road to Gandria, where the tour crosses the border into Italy. Continue along the romantic shores of Lake Como via Menaggio to Chiavenna in the beautiful Bregaglia Valley. Re-enter Switzerland at Castasegna and begin the ascent along the thirteen hairpin bends over the Maloja Pass. Pass the crystal-blue Lake Sils and Silvaplana before arriving in the world-renowned Alpine resort of St. Moritz. Dinner and overnight at a First Class Hotel. -
Saturday – St. Moritz–Chur–Vaduz–Zurich
Leave St. Moritz in the morning and cross the Julier Pass to Chur, the oldest town in Switzerland, with a settlement history of more than 5,000 years. Continue to the Principality of Liechtenstein and visit its capital, Vaduz. See the mighty castle, home of the present Prince and his family. In the afternoon, return to Zurich through the picturesque Toggenburg region. Arrive in Zurich at approximately 5:00 PM. Dinner is on your own and overnight is at a First Class Hotel. -
Sunday – Zurich–Rapperswil–Boat Ride on Lake Zurich
At 10:00 AM, the coach picks you up for a sightseeing tour covering Zurich and its surroundings. Begin with a city tour of Zurich before travelling along the Höhenstrasse, which offers spectacular views of the Alps, to Rapperswil, known as the Town of Roses. See the Rose Garden, castle and deer park on the Lindenhof. Return to Zurich by boat at approximately 4:00 PM and make your own way back to the hotel. Dinner is on your own. Overnight at a First Class Hotel. -
Monday – Zurich
Breakfast is served at the hotel. Check out individually no later than 11:00 AM. The tour concludes in Zurich.
